My two children have been going here for years. The instructors and front staff are the best you can find anywhere. The lesson plans include Taekwondo, Jiu-jitsu, anti-bully defense, conditioning, striking, and more. Almost every class the instructors give little life lessons that you would wish the schools did. I have recommended this wonderfull place to all of my friends and family. I was out of work last year and our family had to draw down on our budget, while talking about what to cut back on the first thing we all agreed on was that the kids would always go to Hero no matter what. It's a life school with a down home family atmosphere.

We were only able to enroll our grandson at Hero Martial Arts for the summer while he was visiting. In just two months he learned so much, not just about Taekwondo, but about discipline, focus and respect for others. We loved watching him train, the instructors were serious about teaching and so patient with the children. They also made sure it was fun too!
